Located in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, Iceland is close to both Europe and North America. Average flight times are between 3-4 hours from most Western European cities and 5-9 hours from North America.
Heliskiing guests can ski until its dark at the time the northern lights dance in the sky. In the springtime, ski down slopes between the towering peaks and ending the ride on the shoreline of the North Atlantic. In May there are opportunities to return to the alpine after dinner for a few runs under the midnight sun.

Guests stay at one of the finest lodgings in Iceland, the Siglo Hotel. Transfer time from the Akureyri Airport by private shuttle is approximately one hour, with neck-craning views of the mighty Atlantic Ocean on one side and the humbling mountains of the Troll peninsula on the other.
