Dreaming of a heli ski holiday is free but making that dream come true has a price tag! How much does heliskiing cost? Heli skiing operators are competitive but you will find variables that change the pricing from operator to operator. One variable is Unlimited Vertical, which means an added cost. The time of year, whether you are traveling with your own group of 4 or reasons to give it thought.
Every year the cost of heliskiing goes up, just like everything thing. Back in 1995 a 7 day package was approximately $6500 Canadian and now in the 2023/24 rates are now for a 7 dayare upwards of $17K. Small group heliskiing is either a group of 12 to 16. This number is broken into 3 groups of either 4,5 or 6.
The cost for Classic/Standard or Semi Private package includes: chef prepared meals, premium accommodation, safety equipment, skis/poles/snowboard, ground transfers and either guaranteed vertical or unlimited.
Additional costs: Alcohol, massage, additional vertical, gift shop and gratuity (staff, guides, pilot)
Private packages are sold as group experiences and will include extreas and use of private helicopter catering to 4 or 5 people. Number of heli skiing days can be customized to suit the group (subject to availability) or the group can select from scheduled dates. The cost of this heliskiing experience depends on the heli operator, time of year, length of packages.
Remember, There are NO discounts in heli skiing but there are ways to save: early booking and skiing early or late season.
